The TSM Portal enabling Cloud business
Datacenters around the world now has access to the Front-safe TSM Portal software enabling them to deliver their TSM infrastructure as a TSM Cloud Service to remote end customers.
The award winning TSM Portal has achieved the 'Ready for IBM Tivoli software' validation which shows that the solution meets or exceeds IBM compatibility criterias and successfully integrates with IBM Tivoli Storage Manager.
The TSM Portal holds everything necessary to deliver the Cloud Service among many other features including:
- setting up a channel of OEM branded partners
- setting up invoicing of the service
- handling differentiated price structures
- setting up and activating end customers
- delivering easy to understand daily reports
- delivering support tool for partners and end customers
The structure behind the portal enables the datacenter to deploy multiple levels in the way the solution is delivered to the end customers. The datacenter can sign up Dealers who can sign up Partners who can add the end customers. In this way the TSM Cloud solution can always be delivered to the end customers thru their prefered IT Service Providers.
